Shipping policy
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET begin processing the next business day. A shipping confirmation with tracking is emailed once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Timing
We currently ship within the U.S. only via USPS or UPS.
Standard delivery typically arrives in 5–8 business days after shipment, depending on destination. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions.
Rates
• Free shipping on orders over $75 (after discounts, before tax)
• $5 flat rate for orders under $75
Addresses
We ship to residential and business addresses within the U.S. PO Boxes may be limited to USPS service.
Delays
During high-volume periods or weather/carrier disruptions, shipments may experience delays. We appreciate your patience.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. We’ll assist where possible.
